It is a service where we coordinate all your chronic prescription refills to be due on the same day each month. This eliminates the need to call in multiple refills at different times or make several trips to the pharmacy.
To start, we may need to fill some of your prescriptions for a shorter amount of time than usual. These partial fills, or "short fills," allow us to align the refill dates of all your medications to a single "anchor date" that works best for your schedule.
If your doctor changes your medication in the middle of the month, we will fill the new prescription immediately. We will fill just enough of the new medication to last until your next scheduled Med Sync date, so everything stays perfectly aligned moving forward.
Absolutely. We can synchronize medications for multiple family members, allowing you to pick up prescriptions for your entire household in one single trip. This is especially helpful for caregivers or parents managing health needs for the whole family.
Yes. We offer home delivery as one of our core services. Since your prescriptions will all be ready at the same time, we can bring your entire monthly order directly to your home, so you do not have to make a trip to the pharmacy at all.
